1. Initial Consultation
An Initial Consultation is
perfect for a couple that
would prefer to plan and organize
their own wedding, but do
not have the necessary local
information to do so. This
service includes a 60 minute
consultation in person or
by phone.
After the consultation "For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will follow
up with an e-mail, detailing
all of the venues and vendors
discussed in the consultation
along with contact names,
phone numbers and websites.
2. Wedding Day Only Package
This package is designed for the couple that have planned and organized their own wedding, but would like to have someone oversee everything on the actual wedding day.
This package includes:
Upon Booking:
- An Initial Consultation (as above) to offer the couple any advice on venues and vendors.
One month prior to the wedding date:
- Couple to supply Simplicity Wedding Planners with detailed list of the vendors hired for the wedding day and the packages booked.

"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will then be able to see if there are any times that have been missed and will advise the couple on this. The wedding planner will also put together a detailed wedding day schedule to work with.
One week prior to the wedding:
Prior to wedding:

"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will attend the rehearsal and offer any advice needed. This offers the wedding planner an opportunity to meet with the friends and family that are involved in the wedding.
Wedding Day Service:
- Includes up to eight hours on the wedding day.

"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will arrive two hours prior to the ceremony, to oversee the arrival of the flowers, décor etc.
- Closer to the ceremony time they will organize the ceremony site, and let the photographer, videographer, officiant where their places are.
- They will also answer any questions the wedding vendors have. Once it is determined that all of the guests have arrived,
"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will escort the bride to the ceremony site and co-ordinate the processional so that everything runs smoothly.
- After the ceremony, the wedding planner will assist with photos as well as set up of the reception site (i.e. small décor items such as favours, guest book)
"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" to oversee the wedding dinner and reception and co-ordinate the events of the evening with the Master of Ceremonies.
Planner to leave once last formality (usually first dance or cake cutting) is completed.
Dinner is to be provided for the planner if this service is booked.
3. Pre-Planning Package and Full Wedding Day
This is a package designed
for the couple who would like
to have one on one contact
with
"For Ever - Wedding in Venice"
throughout the wedding planning
process.
"For Ever - Wedding in Venice"
will be there to
assist at any point with suggestions
on who to book, what package
to book, schedule of the day,
etiquette etc.
With this package, once the
couple has decided on what
they would like, "For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will then
book the venue/vendor for
the couple.
With this being said, if at
any point the couple would
prefer to deal with any venue/vendor
directly, this is completely
acceptable.
This package includes all of the details of the above Wedding Day Only Package (not including the dinner/reception coverage ) in addition to:
15 Hours of Pre-Planning is included in this package which includes
- Booking of venues and vendors
- Finalize details with the venues and vendors
- Scheduling of the Wedding Day
Services that may be added:
-Pre-wedding On-Site Visit
If the couple makes a trip to the area prior to the wedding, "For
Ever - Wedding in Venice" can set up meetings with the venues and vendors as part of the package above. If the couple would like to have
"For Ever - Wedding in Venice" attend these site visits with them, there is an additional fee. Please

-Additional Planning Hours
With most weddings, ten hours of pre-planning is enough. In the rare case, some weddings do take more than ten hours. These weddings are ones, were decisions are made, but then they are completely changed, requires more time, or if the wedding involves booking more items then usually
, "For Ever - Wedding in Venice" will let the couple know when they have reached each hour- so the couple can gauge how much time their wedding is taking.
4. Unlimited Package
This package is designed for the couple that know they want assistance at every step of the wedding planning process. This package is unlimited in regards to the amount of time spent in the planning and co-ordinating process. Essentially every item detailed above- is included in the package- without any timing limits.
This includes:
- All Pre-Planning (With unlimited hours for pre-planning)
- Full Wedding Day Service
- Dinner/Reception Coverage
- All Pre-wedding on-site visits
